All conference phases (abstract upload, paper upload, the blind review process, the record of payments, etc.) will be done only through the conference site. Report to your assigned room 10-15 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin on the day of your presentation.
Introduce yourself to the Session Chair, and check that any audiovisual equipment you need to use is set up and working properly.
Please load your presentation onto the hard drive so that the transition between presentations is smooth.
Send the abstract for review. Authors who have their abstracts accepted can send the paper for review. The paper will be submitted in English and the title, authors, abstract, and keywords should be identical to the abstract proposal made on the conference website.
Take into account the suggestions and corrections highlighted by the reviewers. The final paper's length should be no more than 8 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables, and references.
Register and pay the conference fee. Send an email with the proof of payment to office@elseconference.eu Students & Young Ph.D. authors have to send also the student identification card or other proof of theirs status.
The camera-ready paper must be uploaded only through the conference site. Ensure the presenter's name is correct as it will be used in the certificate of participation.
The presenter will have 12 minutes for the presentation plus 3 minutes for Q&A. An effective presentation should be structured accordingly: opening, an outline of main points, detail of main points, conclusion.
The certificate of participation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented.
