* To increase the quality and transparency of the conference process, the 2023 edition conference committee recommends that authors send the paper together with the abstract. The desired effect will be to give the reviewers time to make editorial recommendations and authors to modify their papers. Also, it was decided that all the papers that will not be presented will not be published. Accordingly, the conference proceedings volume will be printed two weeks after the conference.
** The payment for all participants will be opened on March 15, 2023.
*** There is no seat limitation for virtual attendance.
